PLEASE NOTE: Bride booking with a wedding party are "starting at" rates. Exact rates will be determined based on how many services are booked. Group rates shown above, are the lowest, and best rates offered when booking 14 or more services. When booking less than 14 services, rates will be higher and varies on how many services booked.​

Travel

$50 per artist booked within the city of Kingston, ON.

Travel fees are based on per artist booked.

Travel fee outside of Kingston varies - please provide location/address for exact quote.

Booking Policy

​

To secure and confirm your wedding date, a 30% non-refundable retainer deposit (which goes towards the day of services), and a signed copy of the wedding contract is required.  

 

The number of services ($ amount) booked are final. Once services are confirmed they must be redeemed on the day of the event. Additional services can be added if timing allows it.

​

Booking a preview does not secure your wedding date. A date is only secured with a retainer deposit and signed contract.

​

Previews are only booked during the weekday from Monday-Thursday (at your preferred location), as weekend dates are most often booked up with weddings and special events. 

 

A minimum of 6 services apply on weekend dates from May-October of every year, otherwise a premium surcharge will apply to reach the minimum. 

​

An early morning start fee of $100 will be added, for start times before 8am.

​

Additional artists are added based on 5+ services. If additional artists are required due to time constraints, a $200 additional artist fee will apply.

​

The client will be responsible for any parking fees (per car) if applicable.

​

Rates are displayed in Canadian dollars and does not include gratuities.
